What actually happens when you visit
No experience needed. Just you, a chair, and an hour that's genuinely yours.
The three questions people ask most
Is it religious?
No. Inner Space is run by the Brahma Kumaris, who aren't a religious organisation: we share universal values and practical tools for living well. Whether you're here for something practical or something deeper, you don't need to believe anything in particular to take part.
Do I need experience?
None at all. Most people who come have never been before. Whatever the session, you'll be guided the whole way through. There's nothing to prepare, and no way to do it wrong.
How come it's all free?
We're a charity, and we never charge for any of our events, so that what we offer is available to everyone.
