What's On Your Mind? - An Unfiltered Conversation for Young People (18-35)

, 4pm to 6pm

Inner Space Manchester, 14 Byrom Street

Big questions. Small moments. It all matters.

Join a simple, honest dialogue circle where your voice matters, your story is welcome, and no topic is off-limits. It’s a chance to pause, share, listen, and discover fresh insights together. Whether it’s about you, relationships, the world, or everything in between — we explore it here, in the calm welcoming atmosphere of Inner Space Manchester.

What to expect:
This isn't a lecture or a seminar—it's an open, non-judgmental conversation where everyone's perspective is welcome. There are no right or wrong answers, and absolutely no pressure to speak if you'd rather just listen.

Why come?
  • To feel heard: Share your thoughts or simply listen in a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgement.
  • To connect beyond the screen: Meet other young adults who may be asking many of the same questions about friendship, belonging, and relationships.
  • To discover a different perspective: Explore simple insights that can help you build stronger connections with others while developing a healthier relationship with yourself.
  • To pause from the noise: Step away from constant notifications and distractions, and enjoy two hours of genuine conversation, reflection, and calm.
Take a break from the noise, discover the power of real connection and join the conversation.
